THIS USER ASKED 👇
You are chatting with one customer when another begins asking you questions. the second customer is in a hurry and wants immediate attention. unfortunately, there is no one else who can her. what would you be most and least likely to do?
THIS IS THE BEST ANSWER 👇
Personally, I would ask the first customer if they intend to go and help the second customer quickly, and then return to them. If they are not in a hurry, they certainly do not mind, and the other is in a hurry, which means that you will end up helping them quickly. You are less likely to get angry and snap at them, because you can not be rude to your customers – you have to be patient with both of them, and try to help them as much as possible.
