GTP can phosphorylate ADP to produce 1 ATP. FADH2 can produce about 2 ATP, and NADH about 3 ATP, via the ETC. Acetyl-CoA produces 1 FADH2, 1 GTP, and 3 NADH in 1 trip through the TCA cycle; all together that’s worth about 1*2+1+3*3 = 12 ATP. Pyruvate produces 1 NADH when it’s decarboxylated to form acetyl-CoA, for an additional 3 ATP.
