-Goat cattle are characterized because their origin is fundamentally to obtain milk that will be marketed as such or in the form of other products already made, such as milk. However, although to a lesser extent, it is also important for the manufacture of goatskin articles such as wallets.
-Pig cattle is one of the most important in Spain since thanks to it there are different agri-food industries focused both on its exploitation and on the production of food with its meat. The dictionary of the Royal Spanish Academy (RAE) mentions other types of cattle according to their characteristics. The cattle standing, for example, is one that is for sale and that has not yet been slaughtered for consumption.
The small cattle refers to small livestock (such as goats and sheep) and the major cattle, to larger cattle (mules, oxen, etc.). If cattle have not been domesticated or tamed, on the other hand, there is talk of wild cattle.
