Drag the genotypes and phenotypes from the left to correctly complete the punnett square for the f2 generation. drag only blue labels to blue targets and pink labels to pink targets. labels may be used more than once.
THIS IS THE BEST ANSWER ๐
I found the exercise on the internet. Attached is Punnett square and the labels to be placed there.
For spot (a), label blue “GG” because that square corresponds to the combination of the G and G alleles from both parents. For spot (b), label pink with green pod because green is the most characteristic because both parents are heterogeneous and green is present.
For the spot (c), label it blue “Gg” because that square corresponds to the combination of the G – allele of egg and the g – allele of sperm. For spot (d), label it pink with a green pod because green is the predominant trait because both parents are heterozygous (as well as this genotype) and green is present.
For spot (e), label it blue “Gg” because that square corresponds to the combination of the allele g from egg and the allele G from sperm. For spot (f), label it pink with a green pod because green is the predominant characteristic because both parents are heterozygous (as well as this genotype) and the color green is present.
For spot (g), label it blue “gg” because that square corresponds to the combination of the g and g alleles from both parents. For spot (h), label it pink with a yellow pod because yellow is the recessive characteristic because both parents are heterozygous and green in color.
